A no fuss, healthy-ish wing recipe that's herbaceous with a little kick!

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning (to taste)
  • Cajun seasoning (to taste)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dill
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a metal rack on top. Lightly spray cooking oil over entire rack and baking sheet.

  2. Coat wings in olive oil and season with Cajun seasoning. Arrange wins on metal rack baking sheet and back for 45-50, or until they are browned and crispy.

  3. While wings are cooking, make the sauce. In a bowl, combine, melted butter, garlic, dill, parmesan, lemon zest, and stir. Season with a little more lemon pepper, and taste. Continue to season once desired flavor is reached.

  4. Remove wings from oven and toss in sauce until they're completely coated. If you want them more crispy after saucing, set oven to broil and place wings back in oven for a few minutes. Enjoy!
