Roasted Cajun Turkey Wings

It’s that time of the year, y’all! We know Thanksgiving, while it offers a time to give thanks for our many blessings, it’s the food that really brings everyone together.

These roasted turkey wings are perfect if you’re having a small Thanksgiving gathering or if you don’t want a huge turkey centerpiece.

Baked at a high temp, these wings come out super crispy and juicy on the inside!

  1. Fill the injector up halfway and inject each wing with the marinate. Wrap in saran wrap and place in fridge to marinate either overnight or at least 1 hour. 

  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pat wings dry and then coat with cooking oil. Seasons wings with all seasonings and massage into the wings. 

  3. Arrange wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. 

  4. Place in oven and bake for 1 hour or until desired crispiness.
