Fill the injector up halfway and inject each wing with the marinate. Wrap in saran wrap and place in fridge to marinate either overnight or at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pat wings dry and then coat with cooking oil. Seasons wings with all seasonings and massage into the wings.
Arrange wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
Place in oven and bake for 1 hour or until desired crispiness.
